A note to start the Conversation…
March… Spring Time! THANK GOODNESS! I don’t know about you…but I had a heavy winter. I definitely was doing some hibernating and healing.…often that is what winter is for! And now the springtime is coming! I find it renewing and invigorating! What does spring time do in your spirit?
This note brings you some information about the ways I want to help you renew!….possibilities include a retreat…visual coaching sessions…. and listening to your whisper—your Inner Wise Self.

A note from the Conversation Starter June 2011
Welcome summer sun and fun! The turn of the season not only brought 100 degree temperatures to Austin, where I live….it also brought some professional changes to Crow Hill.
I simply LOVE reinvention, no strike that…EVOLUTION! Changes aren’t really about leaving something, are they..for me, and possibly you, changes are about BECOMING more of who we really are. Living from the INSIDE OUT!

I wanted to share this stellar supportive article from one of my coaches. After leaving a full time salaried position as a local real-estate-office-coach in March of 2009, I stumbled upon a blog post by Christina Merkley. I like to say I “met” Christina that day…when in actuality, I didn’t meet her face to face until May of 2010.
When I read that first post…the light bulb went off!!!!.. and I have worked with her closely since that day. Her classes and coaching have helped me successfully launch and grow Crow Hill Conversations.

The POWER of Visual Scribing: I was in the back of the room, recording an event with about 75 people…and a gentlemen behind me said these words. I’m not sure he was really talking to me…acutally…he was just thinking out loud.
When I turned around from the chart and smiled…he felt caught…and went on to tell me how he’d never seen anything like it…and how he felt completely engaged because of the content. How could I not feel proud.
