Lots of coaching lately, helping clients tune in to their inner wise whisper. We all hear the voices of the world, the voices of the inner-itty-bitty-shitty-criticizing-committee…we hear our mothers and our fathers and our teachers..we hear all the ‘shoulds’…and over time…we tune out our intuition, the voice of love inside us that is connected to the Divine.

The TBA prescription and practice came out of a coaching call with a client who was specifically worried about money and in complete scarcity. The original exercise was to, for 40 days straight, write a list of 5 Truths– Things you KNOW to be good and true; 5 Beauties– Take time to notice the beauties in life–physical, nature, emotional; and 5 Appreciations–things you appreciate (in your list be sure to say, “I appreciate…..”

Visual Thinking Workshops coming to Houston, TX.
