Well, South by Southwest (or if your ‘cool’– “South By”) is full on in Austin. The energy is charged here and for now, the sun is out. The interactive portion starts officially today and it brings coolio techie minds and leading edge thinkers to Austin. While I didn’t fork over the big bucks to attend this event, I did snag a spot at a fun little workshop and I wanted to share the info with you.

Notes from Byron Katie Workshop

Below are notes I took while watching a Byron Katie workshop. There was a brief introduction…and then a very brave woman from CA got up to visit with Katie….to discuss her failing marriage and husband’s affair.

What I took most…is that the very wounds that hurt us so deeply, are often exactly what we are putting out into the world and thus getting back ourselves. I commend the woman for being so willing to inquire within…and for a moment lay down the blame with which she arrived at the session.
