I had the honor of facilitating a weekend leadership retreat with national reps from the Epilepsy Foundation Youth Leadership group.
I am touched, and educated by these young leaders. Please educate yourself about seizure first aid and find out the truth about epilepsy.
These 18-24 yr olds came up with this leadership poster.

Last week, The McCombs School of Business Development and External Relations Department and the University of Texas, held a Team Building Retreat. It was a blast to facilitate and engage this group.
In addition to graphic facilitation, we used images from VisualsSpeak to get each participant engaged. It is really cool to watch how the images draw the stories out of people. One of the biggest “Ah Has” that kept coming up last week, was perspective. As someone would see and tell a story about an image, others would realize how differently they saw the exact same image.
